Conference Registration

Welcome to the secure online registration portal for Be You Boldly! 2025. Whether you're a parent or guardian registering your student or you're an education professional registering multiple students from your school - you've come to the right place. Please read each prompt carefully during the registration process. We look forward to seeing your young people in March!

This year, we’re switching things up! To simplify the registration process, workshop assignments will be random, rather than assigned by choice on a first come, first served basis. Each workshop will provide students with age-appropriate information on a topic relevant to their lives. We’re confident that students will be inspired and empowered during any workshop sessions they’re assigned to. The conference is open to girls and nonbinary students in grades 5-8. 

ATTENTION Teachers/Guidance Counselors/School Administrators: Once you have received your students' completed forms, we strongly encourage you to register them using this online registration system. You may enter all of your completed forms in a single session and you may update your registration later if more forms are submitted to you. Please only check the full scholarship ticket if your student requires it. If you will be collecting the registration fee and bringing it to the conference with you OR if your school will be paying the registration fee(s), please select the paid ticket option and at checkout, select the 'PAY LATER' option. This will allow us to generate an invoice to email to you for future payment.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a cap of 150 students at both conference locations this year. We encourage you to register your students as soon as you know the names, grades, and permission granted for any student you'll be sending to the conferrence. All adults chaperoning students MUST REGISTER. There is no charge for accompanying adults. Adults are not permitted to participate in youth workshops, but are encouraged to visit the Action Spots and our tabling partners. Please do not email your forms to Hardy Girls staff for entry into the system.
